    The prices throughout this site are ex-work, unless specified, which EXCLUDE shipping, taxes, and handling/bank charge if applicable.

  • Customs duties and taxes

    Please note that all Customs Duties and Taxes, if required, are your responsibility. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    The payment methods available to you depend on the order amount and country. Currently we offer 3 payment methods, of which we recommend PayPal as priority. However, if you place order of a large amount, you may choose to transfer by bank.

    Note: Please send us your transfer ID after you arranged the payment.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    Once an order has been submitted you are unable to make any amendments, including changing the shipping address, adding or removing items, changing quantities, however one of our sales will help you make necessary changes.

  • How do I make bulk order?

    You may place bulk order online just like the general orders. Simply input your requested quantity for the items (the unit price at this stage will show as zero), and submit the order, your sales resp. will send you the best quotes in return, you may discuss about the terms and delivery after login to your account.

  • Lead time

    All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed. We will endeavour to deliver the goods without delay and to comply with reasonable delivery instructions; but any specified time of delivery, shall not be of the essence of the contract and Exportise shall not be liable for late delivery howsoever caused nor shall such failure to deliver be deemed a breach of any contract. Our current lead time performance:

    * 88% of frequently asked products will be delivered within 1-2 working days after order confirmation.

    * 10%, cause the cost fluctuation, manufacture and the whole market have limited stocks, may lead to a delivery within 3-5 working days.

    * 2% usually customsied products or order consolidating from suppliers, will take 5-8 working days (sometimes longer, depending on the number of manufactuers or complexity of the product itself).

  • Backorder

    If there are any items in the order that need to be back ordered, we will deliver till all items are ready. This may take some time, so please be patient because we may not be able to confirm when all the items will be ready. Users can check order status by logging into their account, and once the order is posted, users will receive an email or two with any tracking information available.

  • Shipping Methods

    Exportise ships from China to all parts of the world. We currently the major courieres, including DHL, HK Post (Registered air mail), UPS, SF E-Parcel, TNT, EMS. Please pay attention to below rules if you chose one of the corresponding methods.

    Orders may end up being returned or abandoned or ruined for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, customs clearance delay, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or failed to deliver, the customer will be contacted. The customer will have to pay for the re-shipping fee as well as returning shipping fee when it's returned. We try our best to assist customers when such situations happen. However, we are not accountable for the above mentioned cases.

    Goods cannot be delivered to a post office box via road or air courier service. If shipping to a PO Box you must select standard delivery during checkout. Company policy is that we do not under any circumstances issue instructions to our couriers to leave deliveries unattended when no one is at the delivery location.

    DHL: There are some places which are remote for DHL shipping. If it happens to be your address, we will inform you by emailing you about it. Additionally, you can check DHL location yourself here.

    UPS: UPS only has remote area for some America's addresses. If such things happen, we will also inform you via email. We will apply UPS rules to customers when we are charged by UPS, according to UPS official website for additional charges.

    HK Post (Registered air mail): We are not responsible for delay, loss or damage stemming from shipments sent to an incorrect, invalid address or a correct address if you chose to have your parcel shipped via registered air mail.

  • Shipping Charge

    The shipping charges for your parcel vary from region to region and depend on the weight of the order. Moreover, it does not include customs duties and taxes in the designated country since that depends on a number of parameters. Actual shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. For an estimate before checkout, please add the items you intend to order to your cart. After selecting your country, state/province and filling in zip/postal code, please click "GET A QUOTE" from the shopping cart page. This will provide a list of cost estimates for the shipping methods available to your selected destination.

  • VAT & TAX

    You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! There is no way for Exportise (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries UPS and/or postal system may charge you! There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they're not 100% accurate they can be helpful (Duty/Tax Calculator). Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or for UPS. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.

  • Warranty

    If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 30 days from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

  • Retruns & Refund

    If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 5 days of receipt (10 days for an exchange). You must first advise us by email: sales@exportisehk.com for return authorisation.

    No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a return authorisation. All returning items must be unused and intact, returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' product will not be accepted (this paragraph shall not apply to the return of defective product). The product must be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions. 

    All returns are credited as store credit upon receiving the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!

    We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
